Obtain a whole piece of pork ham
Cut the piece into long slices from the inside up to the rind, which you will leave intact
Salt the meat with fine salt and rub it with chili powder (the mixture is two parts sweet chili and one part hot)
Bake in the oven at the highest temperature on a shallow baking tray until cooked
