Cook the pasta, drain it al dente and rinse it under cold water
Flake the tuna into a bowl, add the capers, the pickled gherkins, the olives and the tomatoes cut into small pieces
Pour the pasta into the bowl and mix gently, season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and serve
