
Pasta with mushrooms is a tasty and creamy dish that combines the delicate flavors of mushrooms with cooked ham. Made with paglia e fieno pasta, cream and grated Grana cheese, it is an irresistible first course. Ideal for a special dinner or a family lunch.












Melt 40 g of butter, add the mushrooms sliced thinly and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat
Season with salt and pepper, add the ham cut into cubes and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring
Add 100 g of cream, adjust salt and cook for a few minutes until the sauce has reduced
Boil the pasta, drain it and toss it with a knob of butter, the mushroom sauce and a handful of grated Grana cheese
