Preparation

Melt 40 g of butter, add the thinly sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat

Season with salt and pepper, add the diced ham and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring

Add 100 g of cream, adjust the salt, and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
