The tuna cream is made by blending tuna in oil with capers, green olives and sardines in oil, which give the dish an intense and bold flavor. The pasta is then dressed with this cream and a little broth to make it even creamier. A simple dish to prepare but with a delicious result.







Blend the tuna, the capers, the pitted olives, the deboned sardine and a ladle of broth until you obtain a thick, smooth cream
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it when al dente, coat it with the prepared sauce, mix well and serve hot
