
Pasta with Zucchini and Cooked Ham
Pasta with zucchini and cooked ham is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. The zucchini, cut into thin slices, are sautéed in a pan with garlic and extra virgin olive oil. The cooked ham, diced, is added to the zucchini to flavor the sauce. - Cooking cream

Preparation

Take a pan, pour a little oil, add the chopped shallot and lightly sauté. Add a sage leaf.

Remove the sage and add the grated zucchini, cooking for 10 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, add the cooked ham cut into strips and the cream.

Add a pinch of salt and the freshly drained pasta, and mix everything in the same pan used for the sauce.

Serve garnished with sage or alternatively chopped fresh parsley.
