Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Sauté the chili pepper in 100 g of butter, add 2 bottles of tomato puree and cook for 20 minutes
- STEP 2 OF 4
Add 2 small glasses of vodka, one of cognac, salt, and cook for another 5 minutes
- STEP 3 OF 4
Add the cream and turn off the heat

Drain the pasta al dente and dress it with the sauce and some parmesan
