Sauté the chili in 100 g of butter, add 2 bottles of tomato passata and cook for 20 minutes.
Add 2 shots of vodka, 1 shot of cognac, salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the cream and turn off the heat.
Drain the pasta al dente and toss it with the sauce and some Parmesan.
