
Penne with Vodka and Pancetta is a delicious Italian first course. The creamy sauce made with vodka and cream pairs perfectly with crispy smoked pancetta. A rich and flavorful dish that delights both adults and children.












Sauté the pancetta; when it becomes crispy, add the brandy, vodka, crushed peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes and at the end of cooking add the cream.
