    Preparation

      Wash and slice the zucchini into rounds

    2. STEP 2 OF 6

      Put oil and garlic in a pan and when the garlic turns red, remove it, add the zucchini and let them absorb the flavor a little

      Add salt and finally add the chopped parsley, finishing the cooking with the pan covered

      Cook the penne rigate in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and place them in a bowl, seasoning them with the prepared zucchini
