  • Olive oil

    Wash and slice the zucchini into rounds

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Put oil and garlic in a pan and when the garlic becomes golden remove it, add the zucchini and let them absorb the flavor a little

    Season with salt, add the chopped parsley at the end, and finish cooking with the pan covered

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Cook the penne rigate in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and place them in a serving bowl, tossing them with the prepared zucchini

    Remember that the zucchini should be well coated with oil

    Then sprinkle generously with grated Parmigiano cheese and serve everything hot
