
Pepper Rolls
Pepper rolls are a delicious appetizer typical of Italian cuisine. The pepper slices are filled with a creamy sauce made from tuna in oil, capers, and parsley, then rolled up and finally seasoned with wine vinegar. They are light, flavorful, and perfect to start a dinner or lunch with friends.
Ingredients
- Egg
11 - Peppers in oil
4large halves4large halves - Tuna in oil
85g85g - Capers
1teaspoon1teaspoon - Parsley
1sprig1sprig - Wine vinegar

Preparation

Hard boil the egg, run it under cold water, peel it, then crumble the yolk and chop the white

Cut the pepper halves lengthwise

Drain the tuna and crumble it

Chop the capers and parsley together

In a bowl, mix the egg, tuna, capers, and parsley, also blending in the vinegar

Adjust the salt and place a bit of the mixture in the center of each pepper half

Roll up the peppers and secure the rolls with a toothpick

Line them up on the serving plate and serve
