In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil and add two tablespoons of white vinegar (avoid red vinegar as it discolors the egg white unpleasantly)

In a bowl, crack the eggs to check their freshness and then drop them into the boiling water
- STEP 4 OF 6
Remove them after 3-4 minutes with a slotted spoon
- STEP 5 OF 6
Trim the frayed edges of the egg white
- STEP 6 OF 6
If you need to cook several eggs in the same pot, make sure they do not overlap
