Four-cheese polenta is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, rich in flavour and irresistibly tasty. This version uses ready-made polenta and a combination of four cheeses: Mozzarella, Gorgonzola Dolce, Fontina and Stracchino. The result is a creamy, melty polenta, further enriched by grated Parmigiano. A perfect first course to indulge in on colder days.

Slice the polenta into thin slices
Butter a baking dish and arrange the polenta slices alternating them with layers of the cheeses listed above
Finally sprinkle the grated Parmigiano
Place in the oven for about 15 minutes (time needed for the cheese to melt)
Non-stick frying pan
