

Porcini mushrooms au gratin are a delicious side dish with a rustic, comforting flavor. Fresh porcini are browned with garlic and parsley, then sprinkled with crunchy breadcrumbs and gratinated in the oven. Arrange the mushrooms upside down in an oiled baking dish
Finely chop fresh parsley and garlic
Put the chopped mixture into a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of oil
Mix well to obtain a little sauce and spread it over the mushroom caps
Season with a pinch of oregano, drizzle with a little oil and bake in a moderately hot oven (160°C) for about 15 minutes
