
Porcini Mushrooms Au Gratin

Preparation

Place the mushrooms upside down in an oil-greased baking dish

Prepare a very fine mince of fresh parsley and garlic

Pour the mince into a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt, and a few tablespoons of oil

Mix well to obtain a sauce that you will distribute over the mushroom caps
