The pork chops are floured and then cooked in a delicious sauce made from white wine, olive oil and aromatics such as sage, rosemary and garlic. The result is tender, succulent meat with a rich, enveloping flavor. This dish is perfect for a special dinner or to celebrate an important occasion.
