
Pork meatballs are a delicious and traditional Italian dish. The minced pork is mixed with soaked bread, eggs, and a delightful combination of spices. The meatballs are then cooked in a flavorful tomato sauce. They are perfect to serve as an appetizer or as a main course.










Knead 800 g of minced pork with a bread roll softened in milk and squeezed, one egg, salt, and pepper
Make meatballs the size of a walnut and fry them in butter
Drain them and keep warm
Sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil the minced mixture of one carrot, one onion, one stalk of celery, a bunch of parsley, and a pinch of oregano
Add 300 g of tomato pulp and simmer for 15 minutes
Salt, pepper, and add a tablespoon of flour diluted in 1/2 glass of milk
Bring to a boil and pour the sauce over the hot meatballs
