Knead 800 g of ground pork with a bread roll softened in milk and squeezed, an egg, salt, and pepper
Make meatballs the size of a walnut and fry them in butter
Drain them and keep them warm
Sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil the chopped mixture of a carrot, an onion, a stalk of celery, a bunch of parsley, and a pinch of oregano
Add 300 g of tomato pulp and simmer for 15 minutes
Salt, pepper, and add a tablespoon of flour diluted in 1/2 glass of milk
Bring to a boil and pour the sauce over the hot meatballs
