Pass a boned rabbit through a meat grinder with two onions and two slices of bread soaked in milk
Add pepper, salt, spices, lard in strips, and a raw egg
Mix well, also adding two grated raw potatoes passed in a beaten egg
Form two meatloaves with the obtained mixture and brown them evenly in butter in a pan
Fry them for an hour, basting them repeatedly with sour milk
Serve hot
