Ratatouille is a typical French side dish, made of fresh vegetables cut into cubes and then cooked in a pan. It is a colourful and tasty dish, ideal to accompany meats and fish.
Peel the turnips, wash them, immerse them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and drain them well
Melt the butter and the oil in a pan and brown the turnips in it
Moisten them with the Marsala and with a glass of water in which you have dissolved the stock cube; add the rosemary, salt and pepper
Cover and simmer over low heat for about half an hour
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot as a side dish for a roast or poultry
