30g - Olive oil
2tablespoons - Rosemary
1sprig - Celery
1stalk - Parsley

Preparation

Peel the turnips, wash them, immerse them for 5 minutes in salted boiling water, and drain them well
- STEP 2 OF 5
Melt the butter and oil in a pan and brown the turnips
- STEP 3 OF 5
Moisten them with the Marsala and a glass of water in which you have dissolved the stock cube, add the rosemary, salt, and pepper

Cover and let cook on low heat for about half an hour
- STEP 5 OF 5
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot as a side dish for a roast or poultry
