
Meatloaf Revisited is a traditional Italian dish, perfect for using leftovers from roasted or boiled meat. It is a flavorful and succulent meatloaf, enriched with sweet ham and fresh herbs like garlic, parsley, and thyme. It is baked and can be served hot or cold. Ideal to enjoy as an appetizer or main dish.


Chop the meat by hand and also the ham
Add minced garlic and parsley, thyme, the slice of homemade bread soaked in milk, salt, pepper, eggs
Mix and shape the meatloaf
Wrap it in a piece of white cloth and boil for about 1 hour with the seasonings
Serve warm or cold with mayonnaise
