The Remade Meatloaf is a traditional Italian dish, perfect for using leftover roast or boiled meat. It is a flavorful and succulent meatloaf, enriched with sweet ham and fresh aromatics such as garlic, parsley and thyme. It is cooked in the oven and can be served hot or cold. Ideal to enjoy as an appetizer or main course.
Chop the meat by hand with a knife, and chop the ham as well
Add a mixture of chopped garlic and parsley, thyme, the slice of country bread soaked in milk, salt, pepper and eggs
Mix and shape into a meatloaf
Wrap it in a white cotton cloth and simmer for about 1 hour with the aromatics
Serve it warm or cold with mayonnaise
