
Parmesan risotto is a classic Italian dish originating from the Emilia-Romagna region. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with 50 g of butter
When the onion is golden, add the glass of white wine and let it evaporate
At this point proceed with cooking the rice, gradually adding the broth and stirring often
At the end of cooking (about 15 minutes) salt and pepper, then finish the risotto by stirring in the remaining butter and the grated Parmesan cheese
Before serving, let rest for 4-5 minutes
