
Risotto with Artichokes

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Clean the artichokes, cut them into thin wedges, and leave them in water with the lemon juice squeezed in

Chop the onion and parsley and sauté in a saucepan with half of the butter and the oil
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the artichokes and let them flavor for 5 minutes on low heat

Add the rice and cook it gradually adding the broth

When the rice is cooked, adjust the salt and season with the remaining butter and Parmesan
