- Wineas needed
- Chopped fresh basilas needed
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Gently brown a mixture of herbs and shallot in a little oil
- STEP 2 OF 4
Add the rice and toast it; deglaze with wine
- STEP 3 OF 4
Add broth in double the quantity of the rice, stir and cook covered
- STEP 4 OF 4
With the heat off, stir in the cheese and serve with chopped fresh basil
