In a pot, sauté the finely chopped onion in butter
Once it softens, add the rice and toast it for a few minutes
Then add the washed and finely chopped vegetables
Season with salt and pepper and pour in some wine
Once it has evaporated, cook the risotto with the hot broth
When it's ready, turn off the heat and mix in the eggs previously beaten with 4 tablespoons of cheese
