    Chop the cooked ham and mortadella together with the parsley (cleaned, washed and well squeezed) and the garlic

    Place the mixture in a bowl, add the sausage, the ground beef, two tablespoons of Parmesan, the egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Mix the ingredients, kneading everything with your hands

    Roll the mixture with your hands and shape it into a log

    Grease an oval casserole with the butter and a few tablespoons of oil, put it on the heat with the sprig of rosemary and as soon as everything is hot place the meatloaf in it and leave it like that until it has formed underneath
