    Preparation

      After removing the head and legs of the rabbit, cut it into pieces

    2. STEP 2 OF 3

      Blanch the sausage in water with a tablespoon of wine vinegar, drain it after 2 minutes, peel it, and cut it into chunks

    3. STEP 3 OF 3

      In a baking dish that can go from oven to table, gather the rabbit pieces, sausage chunks, and onion wedges; season everything with a drizzle of oil, salt, ground pepper, and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes; at this point, add the apple chunks, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and continue cooking in the oven for another 20 minutes
