Russian salad is a cold dish originating from Russian cuisine. It consists of potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, capers, mayonnaise, and is seasoned with vinegar and salt. This recipe has been adapted to be prepared with the Bimby, a very popular kitchen robot in Italy.
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl
Without washing the bowl, add the water, vinegar, salt, diced carrots, then the diced potatoes, peas, and cook for 25 minutes at 100 degrees temperature, speed 1 for al dente cooking
Drain the vegetables very well, spread them out and let them cool
Mix them with the mayonnaise, capers, and pickles
Mix everything well and refrigerate before serving
