
Russian salad is a cold dish originating from Russian cuisine. It is composed of potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, capers, and mayonnaise, seasoned with vinegar and salt. This recipe has been adapted to be prepared with Bimby, a very popular kitchen robot in Italy.




Put the mayonnaise in a bowl
Without washing the bowl, add the water, vinegar, salt, diced carrots, then diced potatoes, peas, and cook for 25 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius, speed 1 for al dente cooking
Drain the vegetables well, spread them out and let them cool
Mix them with the mayonnaise, capers, and pickles
Blend everything well and put in the refrigerator before serving
