Coarsely chop the livers and sauté them in a little butter with some sage and marjoram leaves, sprinkle with two tablespoons of flour and mix
Sprinkle a little Marsala and let it evaporate
Pour in the cream, add salt and pepper
Let it simmer for about ten minutes
Meanwhile, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into eighteen squares
Place the mixture in the center of each square along with a pitted dried plum
Close and form small bites, sealing the edges well with beaten egg yolk
Bake until golden at 200 degrees for about twenty minutes and serve
