
Salmon with the scent of dill is a light and flavorful second course, perfect for food lovers who enjoy the delicate flavors of the sea. Fresh Norwegian salmon is marinated with fresh dill, olive oil, wine vinegar, and spices, and then baked. The result is a succulent dish with an irresistible aroma.

















Mix together sugar, coarse salt, pepper, and the sprigs of dill
Remove the skin from the salmon, flatten it and cut it in half
At this point, fill it with the prepared mixture and wrap it in plastic wrap
Place it in a dish with a weight on top and let it marinate in the fridge for about 48 hours
Once ready, remove it from the wrapper, cut it into thin slices and arrange it on a serving plate
In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, and chopped dill; dress the salmon with this sauce and serve
You can accompany it with boiled potatoes and slices of bread spread with butter
