Preparation

    Lightly pound the veal slices and season them with pepper and a little salt

    Place a sage leaf and a slice of prosciutto crudo on top, roll them up and secure with a toothpick

    Brown them in a pan with oil, butter, and a crushed garlic clove, which should be removed before it colors
