Place the cleaned, washed, and chopped chicken pieces to marinate for 2 hours with half of the onions and tomatoes
Sauté the remaining half in a clay pot with margarine and chopped garlic
After about 5 minutes, when the sautéed mixture has colored, pour in the water and bring to a boil
At this point, add the meat, corn cobs, and plantains
When the meat starts to become tender, after about 45 minutes, remove the corn cobs and set them aside
Now add the red bananas, cassava, and potatoes to the cooking broth, and adjust with salt and pepper
Cover and continue cooking until all ingredients are well cooked; at this point, add the corn kernels to the broth and sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving
