Sauté the sliced onion in the oil, add the peeled tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then add the chopped parsley and the ricotta and mix together.
Cook the gnocchetti until al dente in plenty of salted water, dress them with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
