Sautéed Broccoli Rabe is a typical side dish from Apulian cuisine. It is simple to prepare and offers a unique and aromatic flavor. This dish is perfect for accompanying grilled meat or fish.
Cut and remove the stems and tougher leaves, rinse them in plenty of water several times, and boil them
Drain them al dente and place them in a large non-stick pan where you have previously heated the oil and browned the garlic
Stir vigorously and add the salt, chili powder, and anchovy fillets
Let them cook for just under 10 minutes, covering the pan with a lid or aluminum foil
Before removing them from the heat, make sure they are not too watery; if so, increase the heat and uncover them
Let them cool slightly and serve
