Sautéed mushrooms are a tasty and easy side dish to prepare with the Bimby. This recipe is perfect to accompany meat dishes or to top a bruschetta.
Place the garlic and the oil in the bowl: 3 minutes at 100°C speed 3
Place the butterfly whisk on the blades, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C speed 1
Add salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes at 100°C speed 1, keeping the measuring cup tilted
At the end of cooking, sprinkle with the parsley
If the sauce is too runny, thicken it at Varoma temperature for as long as you deem necessary
