Place the butterfly on the blades, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes at 100 degrees speed 1
Add salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes at 100 degrees speed 1 keeping the measuring cup tilted
At the end of cooking, sprinkle with parsley
If the sauce is too liquid, thicken it at Varoma temperature for as long as necessary
