
Spinach Savory Pie

- Crushed crackers

50G50G - Egg yolk
11 - Eggs
22 - Diced provolone cheese
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Sausage
11 - Boiled spinach
200G200G - Grated pecorino cheese
1Tablespoon1Tablespoon - Grated grana padano cheese
1Tablespoon1Tablespoon - Cream
50G50G - Saltto taste

Preparation

Whip the butter after keeping it at room temperature
- STEP 2 OF 8
Add an egg yolk, salt, and crushed crackers in the right amount to obtain a soft mixture
- STEP 3 OF 8
Take a 22 cm tart mold and spread the mixture on the bottom and the edge
- STEP 4 OF 8
Chop the spinach and also place it in the mold
- STEP 5 OF 8
Add the grated pecorino, diced provolone, and the sausage cut into slices

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper
- STEP 7 OF 8
Add the grated Grana Padano and the cream
- STEP 8 OF 8
Pour the mixture over the spinach and put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
