
Spinach pie is a delicious appetizer ideal for a dinner with friends or for a buffet. The crunchy dough of crushed crackers blends perfectly with the softness of the spinach and the intense flavor of the cheeses provolone, pecorino and grana padano. To be enjoyed hot or cold!



Whip the butter after keeping it at room temperature
Add a yolk, salt, and crushed crackers in the right amount to obtain a soft mixture
Take a 22 cm tart pan and spread the mixture on the bottom and sides
Chop the spinach and also place it in the pan
Add grated pecorino, diced provolone, and sliced wurstel
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper
Add grated grana and cream
Pour the mixture over the spinach and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
