Heat some water in a steamer
Wash the zucchini and the eggplant and then slice the vegetables into rounds
Score the skin of the cherry tomatoes with a small knife
Arrange the fish fillet and the vegetables in the steamer
Cook for about 6-7 minutes, adding a little salt
When cooked, place the fish on a plate and serve with the vegetables
Garnish with olive liguri and serve
