Place in a baking dish half of the onions cut into rings, garlic, half of the tomatoes in wedges, one bell pepper cut into strips, and half of the dried mushrooms rehydrated in warm water

Cover the onions, peppers and mushrooms with the remaining tomatoes
Moisten with white wine and oil diluted with water and bake
