
Seafood salad is a tasty and light appetizer, ideal for summer. This fresh salad consists of cooked lobster meat, scampi, mussels, and sea snails, accompanied by a mix of crunchy vegetables and a dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A simple yet flavorful seafood dish!








Slice the lobster meat and cut the scampi in half
Wash and dry the salad
Prepare the sauce: sauté the shallot in a saucepan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes; slice the celery into thin strips and dice the tomato, then add both vegetables to the shallot and sauté them for another 2 minutes; turn off the heat and let it cool
Add the diced peppers, fish broth and balsamic vinegar to the sauté and season with salt and pepper
Divide the seafood and salad among four individual plates and sprinkle with the prepared sauce
