

Conchiglie with mushrooms is a delicious vegetarian first course, perfect to enjoy in autumn. The pasta is dressed with fresh porcini mushrooms and seasoned with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. A simple dish to prepare but with an intense and irresistible flavor.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces, put them in a pan with the oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook
Cook the conchiglie until al dente in plenty of salted water, toss with the mushrooms and serve
