A tasty and enticing appetizer, easy to prepare. The shrimp are marinated with lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper, and served with a luscious and enveloping sauce made with avocado, lime juice, and cream cheese.

Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and remove the shell and the intestinal tract. Set aside 4 with the heads for final decoration.
Blanch the shrimp in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain them.
Season the shrimp with the juice of 1 lime, a splash of oil, and a grind of pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Drizzle the flesh with the juice of the second lime and season it with salt, oil, and pepper. Keep mixing.
Add the cream cheese and incorporate it perfectly.
Distribute the marinated shrimp inside 4 glasses, reserving the ones with the heads.
Gather the avocado sauce in a piping bag and distribute it over the shrimp, forming peaks.
