Sicilian cutlets are a tasty and flavorful dish typical of Sicilian culinary tradition. Veal cutlets are breaded with breadcrumbs flavored with garlic and parsley and then fried in olive oil. They are served hot accompanied by Girole Findus and a side of seasonal vegetables.
Cover the meat with wine vinegar and let it marinate for 1 hour
Drain and pat dry, dip each slice in beaten egg, sprinkle with the chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, and bread it
Heat the oil until it smokes and cook the cutlets in it
Serve them hot with a side of Girole fried in a pan or baked in the oven at 180°C for 16 minutes
