Preparation

Cover the meat with vinegar and let it marinate for 1 hour
- STEP 2 OF 4
Drain and dry it, dip each slice in beaten egg, sprinkle with the chopped mixture, salt, and pepper, and bread it

Heat the oil until it smokes and cook the cutlets

Serve them hot with a side of Girole fried in a pan or baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 16 minutes
