Sicilian Tuna Tartare is a fresh and light appetizer that well represents the culinary tradition of Sicily. The flesh of fresh tuna is finely cut and accompanied by juicy citrus fruits, crunchy celery, aromatic mint leaves, and fennel seeds for a unique mix of flavors. Toasted almonds add a crunchy note, while extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper complete the dish. A true summer delight to be served very cold.

Finely chop the fresh tuna and season it with salt, pepper, diced celery, mint leaves, parsley, fennel seeds, and olive oil.
On the side, peel the oranges, cut them into wedges, and season with salt, olive oil, and pepper.
Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 day
