Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 7

    Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the juice of one and a half lemons

  2. STEP 2 OF 7

    Sprinkle with half of the chopped fennel and the zest of half a lemon cut into thin strips

  3. STEP 3 OF 7

    Cover the preparation with cling film and place the dish in the refrigerator until the next day

  4. STEP 4 OF 7

    Remove the dish from the refrigerator one hour before serving

  5. STEP 5 OF 7

    Drain the salmon well from the marinade, place it on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper, and bake at 250 degrees for 5 minutes

  6. STEP 6 OF 7

    Remove the salmon from the oven, slice it thinly, and arrange it on a serving plate

  7. STEP 7 OF 7

    Sprinkle with the chopped fennel you set aside and serve with sour cream
