Blend the trout and collect it in another bowl
Whip the cream, divide it in half, and incorporate it into the two fish blends
Line a loaf pan with plenty of plastic wrap so that it hangs over the edges
Evenly distribute the salmon mixture on the bottom
Sprinkle the surface with lumpfish roe
Cover with the trout mixture
Seal the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours
Unmold onto the serving plate
