Preparation

    Beat 2 eggs in the bowl where you will later serve the spaghetti, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and grated cheese to taste

    While the water is boiling, brown the smoked pancetta or diced bacon well in butter

    At this point, add the bacon with a bit of the cooking butter to the egg sauce and mix everything together
