
Carbonara is a traditional Roman recipe made with few ingredients but with an intense flavor. The creaminess of the sauce is achieved by mixing eggs, grated cheese and crispy pancetta. A tasty and quick first course to prepare!






Beat 2 eggs in the bowl where you will then serve the spaghetti; add salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese to taste
While the water is boiling, brown diced smoked pancetta or bacon well in the butter
At this point add the bacon with some of the cooking butter to the egg mixture and mix everything together
When the spaghetti are cooked, dress them with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese
