A classic dish of the Campania tradition, spaghetti with cod sauce is a simple and tasty first course. The tomato sauce enriched with cod fillets, capers and black olives gives this pasta a unique flavor. Perfect to enjoy in any season.
Sauté 2 cloves of garlic in the oil, then remove them and add the tomato pulp
Season with salt, add a little chili powder and cook for 5 minutes
Add to the sauce the broken-up cod fillets, the desalted capers, oregano and the olives and cook for another 10 minutes
Add salt, stir in chopped basil and parsley and turn off the heat
Toss the al dente spaghetti with this sauce
