Spaghetti with herbs are a first course with intense and aromatic flavors. The mixed aromatic herbs, including sage, rosemary, parsley, chives, thyme and marjoram, give the dish a unique and fresh taste. Garlic and hot chili add a spicy touch. Everything is enriched by olive oil and salt, which enhance the flavors of the ingredients.
Wash the aromatic herbs, dry them with kitchen paper and chop them finely; add 6 tablespoons of oil, the peeled and sliced garlic, a pinch of salt and a pinch of hot chili powder.
Place the mixture in a small saucepan over a bain-marie and warm it for about 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it al dente and dress it with the herbs after removing the garlic.
