Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Wash the herbs, dry them with kitchen paper, and chop them finely; add 6 tablespoons of oil, peeled and sliced garlic, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of hot chili powder

    Place the mixture in a small saucepan in a bain-marie and heat it for about 15 minutes

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it al dente, and season it with the herbs, removing the garlic
