

Special oven-baked potatoes are a delicious and crispy side dish. The potatoes are cut into thick slices and then baked in the oven with crispy pancetta, olive oil and butter. The result is potatoes that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfect to accompany any main course.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and parboil them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes
Drain them and place them in a baking dish greased with oil together with the pancetta and the melted butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes, turning them a couple of times during cooking
