Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and blanch them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes

Drain them and place them in a baking dish greased with oil along with the bacon and melted butter
- STEP 3 OF 3
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning them a couple of times during cooking
