Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with 2 garlic cloves, add the zucchini and cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs and the yolk with the Pecorino
Cook the spaghetti, drain them when al dente and pour them over the eggs
Immediately add the zucchini after removing the garlic and the chopped parsley
Mix well and serve
