Spiced chicken is an aromatic and tasty dish, typical of oriental cuisine. Spices such as cumin, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, saffron, and nutmeg give the chicken meat an intense and enveloping flavor. Blanched almonds add a pleasant crunch to the dish. The whole is enriched by natural low-fat yogurt, which provides freshness and lightness.
