Boil the rice and drain it
Clean the chicken and cut it into at least 10 pieces
Chop the almonds in the mixer with a teaspoon of water
Also blend ginger, onion, and salt into a paste to coat the chicken
Cook the chicken in a saucepan, moistening it with a glass of water for 10 minutes
Remove it, keeping it warm, and add yogurt and almond paste to the cooking juices
In another saucepan, melt the butter and add the chicken pieces seasoned with the paste along with finely chopped cloves, black peppercorns, and cinnamon
Let it flavor by stirring for ten minutes
Combine the rice, yogurt sauce, and saffron; cook gently covered for 5 minutes
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes
