
The spinach pie is a tasty and versatile side dish. Frozen spinach is cooked and combined with a mixture of bread crumbs, grated Emmental cheese, eggs, and cream. It is enriched with a touch of butter and olive oil and baked until golden. This dish is perfect to accompany meats and fish or can also be served as a main dish.




Thaw the spinach in boiling water, wring it out and season it in a saucepan for 5 minutes with 20 g
of butter and a tablespoon of oil
Place them in a bowl, add the cheese, the crumbled bread and 2 tablespoons of cream
Mix and add 1 egg and 1 yolk
Salt and combine everything together
Pour the mixture into a greased mold, cover and cook for 45 minutes in a water bath
