Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Sauté the chopped spinach in butter
- STEP 2 OF 6
Add the Emmenthal and the 2 whole eggs to the béchamel
- STEP 3 OF 6
Salt, beat with a fork, and add the spinach and yolks
- STEP 4 OF 6
Salt again
- STEP 5 OF 6
Butter and sprinkle a flan mold with breadcrumbs, place the mixture in it, and bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Serve garnished with Emmenthal flakes
