Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Boil the asparagus in salted water until al dente; drain them and place them on a serving dish
- STEP 2 OF 3
Shell the eggs, mash the yolks, mix them with chopped parsley and lemon juice, and distribute over the asparagus
- STEP 3 OF 3
Put the butter in a small pan, lightly brown it, add the breadcrumbs and cheese, mix, and pour over the asparagus
